The Feminine Force

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for women in the theater industry—actresses, directors, dancers, and all female creatives—who have the talent and knowledge but struggle with confidence and visibility. These are women who are tired of waiting for recognition from male-dominated spaces or validation from famous directors. For those who doubt their ability to go solo or take on bigger, bolder projects despite their deep understanding of theater.

The Feminine Force

Vision

We aim to empower women in theater by giving them the tools and confidence to take control of their creative journeys. We want talented women in theater no longer wait for external validation from male directors , but instead, boldly step into leadership roles, create solo performances, and collaborate with other women without fear or competition.

The Feminine Force

You'll gain tools to assert your power in ways that feel authentic and empowering.Boosting Self-Confidence: Build unwavering trust in your abilities and knowledge. Overcome self-doubt and embrace your worth as a creative professional.Developing Creative Leadership Skills: Step up as a leader in the theater world—whether through directing, creating solo projects, or initiating bold new work. You'll acquire practical skills to lead with confidence.Challenging Traditional Power Structures: Engage with concepts of non-hierarchical theater to reshape the landscape of the industry. You'll contribute to a more inclusive and equitable theater environment.Building a Supportive Sisterhood: Foster collaboration over competition. You'll become part of a community where women lift each other up rather than compete for limited opportunities in a male-dominated field.Reclaiming Your Voice and Space: Express yourself fully and authentically. You'll learn to share your unique perspective without shame, judgment, or fear, taking charge of your creative path.

What other participants say?

"I had some sort of inner revelation. The point of no return has been crossed. I don’t yet understand what exactly, but all the layers of consciousness have shifted. It’s purely a metaphysical experience!""To receive, to create, to accumulate, to impact. Working with Anja is an inspiring opportunity for an artist to grow inward, and consequently, in all other directions. I am grateful beyond measure!""Workshops like this are as therapeutic as possible. Scary, sometimes difficult, but in a completely accepting and safe environment. The result of such unusual work of the brain and body is always impressive. The feeling afterwards is similar to the euphoria!"
